This restaurant has upgraded from a regular cafe to a nice restaurant. The menu caters to most tastes with friendly helpful staff. We have been to Bensons for breakfast, lunch and dinner and haven't been disappointed yet.

Love this place for dinner, particularly the tapas, YUM! Went today for lunch with a friend. There is a great choice of dishes for lunch and breakfast is available all day. My pumpkin bruschetta was excellent., my friend enjoyed breakfast. This is now my 'go to' place in Belgrave, great service, nice wines, yummy food and good prices, what's not to love?

My husband and I stumbled across this gem and will be going back. The food selection was extensive and the quality was A grade along with the flavour. The staff were friendly and tentative. We will no doubt be stopping by again when we are passing through next. Go and try it for yourself.

A nice very clean restaurant and has a nice selection of food and drinks. A nice stop before or even after a ride on Puffing Billy. I have enjoyed every time I have stopped at this restaurant and have walked away feeling it was money well spent.

This relaxed cafe restaurant is just the place to stop for dinner. There is enough variety to satisfy and the food is well presented and in a timely fashion. Lovely staff and close to home.

We dropped in to Bensons for brunch recently. It was just my wife and I. We just wanted to say Thankyou for your brilliant service and food. The coffee was fantastic and the lady who served us was very professional and attentive and stunningly beautiful. Well Done.

Amazing unpretentious delicious and affordable. The risottos always rock and the paella is a must have. The best salt and pepper squid in Melbourne too. 5 stars.

Had a function for 22 people here just recently and everything was amazing. From the staff to the food I could not fault anything. We started with beautiful platters of tapas delivered to the tables then a selection of main courses, ALL were beautifully presented and everyone raved about how tasty they were. Desserts and coffee were delivered in a timely manner and once again of a very high standard. I would not hesitate to return to Bensons for another function. Have dined here a number of times and is now one of my favourite restaurants! Keep up the great work.
